You should start your day off with it every day along with something consistent to eat like oatmeal. When your body gets used to this schedule it will turn the proper nutrients into muscle. You should also take it after workouts.

You can take the powder everyday. But, when using it the same day you go to the gym you will build more muscle. My advice to you is to use it everyday when you are not wroking out and it use it right after you workout on the days that you are working out.

Take it EVERY day. When you are not at the gym, your body is in "rest" mode, and you still need protein during that time of recovery.
Remember, about 30 grams of protein in one serving is all that the body can handle at one time (usually around every 2 1/2 hours). So don't overdo it at any time.

Take it only when you go to the gym. There's no point of supplementing, protein gets converted into fat if it's used in excess. You won't get the same results while resting. Your body won't need the energy, get it? When you go to the gym, you're building muscle. Therefore, take it when you go to the gym.

Yes, you can take protein powder every day. A number of
people do. You need to be careful that your not just using
portein powder, remember to eat your balanced meals to
ensure your not missing out on your daily vitamins.
I hope your using one from a health store that has no
extra items that do not promote your health.

how often do u go to the gym and what do you work on when you get there and on what days. if you are doing your muscle strength days with weights then id take it but it also depends on how many days a week you muscle strength train if you do it twice a week then id do it twice a week but to take it each day no it only works in conjunction with your training.
