My chapter has a policy that you can get in if you have all A's and just one B. But I know a few people who have two B's, one of which is an 89. Is there a way members can nominate them or bring them in as a special case to be considered for admission? Especially if their grades had improved the time that is usually looked at to make admission deecisions.

It is up to each chapter individually, but there is a minimum GPA requirement that needs to be met for admission. After that is met, schools should no longer be looking at grades and instead will be looking at activities, service, and leadership. A good recommendation by the advisor will also go a long way.
