what software do i need? Membership or Affiliate?

I have a website, that will allow members to sign up and get paid for referring other customers to sign up. I will also need a way to track which links were clicked on by which member. and have it tracked, sort of like an affiliate, except, that my members won't need to have thier own websites. (it's for people without websites)
I need. suggestions please. Is there something out there like this. or is this a custom job?

I dont think a ready made one exists for your kind of requirement. But you might find scripts that help you to count clicks on a link easily on net by searching in GOOGLE.
