If it is your wife, I don't think it's wrong if you want to try it and decide you like it. As long as you are not taking sustenance away from a child (that is if the woman has more than enough to give you the extra milk), then I don't see anything wrong with it.
The fact is we are drinking milk that comes from cows. They are another species and no one has a problem with it.
Keep in mind that mothers who breast feed their children pass a lot of what they eat, take (as in medicines or narcotics), smoke, and sometimes other not so good things to their babies in the breast milk. If all that is cool with you, then you should be fine and it's not gross. (I would not advertise it though.)

When you drink milk at all from anywhere..its from a breast...Cow's milk, goat milk...breastmilk...any and all dairy products, of course, are from breast milk..cheese, butter, yogurt...etc. So unless you are disgusted by the above aforementioned items and appalled at the sight of a woman's breast displayed in public not for entertainment purposes then maybe to you its gross. I think a breastfeeding mother is beautiful...its not easy to have a bundled infant attached to you being for several hours out of the day and for several months out of your life. I know I breast fed both my children for 14 and 16 monthly respectively. I just weened my youngest a month ago. My husband tasted it and so did I cuz we were curious...not alot of flavor..just sorta sweet. So with all the people out there who have this aversion to breastfeeding or breast milk..get over yourself..its obvious your own mothers didn't nurse you long enough when you were babies. ~J~

My wife spilled some on table once and i tasted it...taste like Skim Milk with added sugar (sweet!)
But idea of drinking breastmilk ( yucks )

No it is not, it is gross to make War or to Kill,nothing natural is gross socity is gross even Thinking along those lines ( remember religion kills and perverts people).

i breast feed two kids for a total of a year and neither me or my husband never tried it. i think it is gross.

Not really, but it's for babies. If you are old enough to ask, you are seriously too old to drink it.
