I've got some teeth that got kind of bad over the years because I had braces and related stuff for about 6 - 7 years.

Now they glow pretty yellow under the blacklight ;-) And there's a few dark stain spots.

I'd really like to brighten these puppies up.. and I'm not talking "just a smidge", after applying this gel for 30 days, and it only lasts 2 weeks.

Any recommendations? horror stories? suggestions? any idea if insurance is ever game on this kind of thing?

I tried crest and other products. I noticed a difference with crest white strips and they don't cost alot so try that. Only thing is you really can not talk on it like the commerical shows. I would wear it on long drives to work or watch a movie.

Well...Crest Whitening strips would be the best cheapest way to go. After that...there's professional bleaching which may cost a few benjamins. And after that, veneers which cost a few grand. Good luck with that.

You should see your dentist.
Some of the dark spots could be cavities that could be filled to look pearly white.
Crest whitening strips worked really well on my teeth.
See the dentist, is what you should do.
