It depends what job you do and what kind of world you live in. If we lived in a world where people cared about the society they lived in and making it better, ie by caring for its people, then asking yourself what is morally right (which is what I guess that whole WWJD thing is about) would probably be profitable in any profession. However, in the world we are in now, I suppose it could be profitable in a helping profession, such as being a nurse, doctor, or therapist. Then, at least you are in a position to practice that ideology.

No. And the fact that you need to ask tells me that you probably need a little education on the matter. A great place to look on the net is realanswers.net Click on the real answers tab at the top. A good place to start is listening to the "Understanding the New Covenant: This is far from a "holy roller site" Just straight talk. not what most of modern churches teach.

It's a known fear. It is up to you. Since Jesus conquered evil and the world by His resurrection, I would go with Jesus. You can also P.U.S.H. -- Pray Until Something Happens but it takes longer to do for some. However, always F.R.O.G. Fully Rely On GOD.

Take a risk, try it. I am sure GOD will bless you and reward you.

If you adhere to the Gospel accounts of what Jesus did, you would not be wealthy, but you would find your daily needs being met through your relationships within the community. So, not a lot of worldly possessions and bank accounts, but lots of people who support you and care for you and work with you, so definitely not pathetic!

I'm not trying to be cynical, but I think it will leave you falling short. No human can do what Jesus would all the time. A more useful question would be - if I do that, how will Jesus feel about it?

Broke and pathetic if you tell everyone that you have to ask that to make a decision. Thinking it to yourself in some cases is a good thing.

i like it because it helps me think before i act which in any case is the smarter thing to do. sometimes though it may be embarrasing infront of your friends to just blurt out w.w.j.d. when you want to set your mind straight. it might help to try and remember at home to say that a lot o help you make better decisions then once you get used to it, at school or infront of your friends, ect... w.w.j.d. will by then be more of a reaction and it will teach you to think before you act quicker so you dont have to be embarrased or sit and ponder over whether a decision is right or not. to answer your question, though, NO, i dont think asking w.w.j.d. will leave you broke and pathetic. in fact i think it can teach people something they need to live and that is to think before they speak or act. hope i could help.

no but acting on the wrong answer will! Too often people say they are doing what Jesus would have done and it is not, it is what they would have done out of pride, rebellion, ignorance, etc. Don't blame Jesus because people are imperfect!
