He may love you and lie to you at the same time...women usually have a good hint...he could be cheating physically or emotional with another female(they have a better friendship than you do relationship) it could be anything.Key is his actions does he fill your head with the nice things he says and then does the opposite or does he follow up the words with actions like showing you he cares or thinks of you?

Body language, thats always a sure sign if you can read it well. If he can't give you eye contact or seems really paranoid its pretty surely he doesn't.
