persistence is the key to success - I think they choose astronauts from a set of people who are already successful - high achievers in their fields who also meet the physical requirements.

cuz they put ther lives on the line by getting inside rockets going into outerspace. Errors could haqppen any second or somthing could hit the rocket.they check our satillites. And they explore the outer space and the milkyway.

because they reach for the stars?or there resumes are out of this world perhaps cause they are high flyers but also very grounded or the world is at their feet.
