How do I make a flour tortilla crisypy with out bruning it (and not all greasy??)

Put it in a dry frying pan and let it cook for a few minutes, making sure it doesn't burn. If you put cheese on it and another tortilla, you'll have a delicious quesadilla.

I use the oven.. 350 degrees..
you can prick the tortilla, so it doesn't puff up like a blow fish.
Just be mindful to watch it., as they can brown/burn easily.

you can do it in a regular frying pan.
all you do is spray a little pam cooking spray, or whatever you prefer, in to the pan and and lay the torilla in it until it is to your crispy preference =)

put it in the oven. like if you were making a cheese crisp. without the cheese.

what ever you do don't use oil its bad for you use pam

dont use grease....and flip it a couple times...
