There are many programmes on T.V in Korea that try to find missing families...
Where are you living now?
There is also a 'detective' in America who helps to find lost families, for a fee. However if he doesnt find your family you dont have to pay.
Again, that depends on where you are living now.
You could try looking on any of the major Korean broadcasting channels (websites) for information.
KBS and MBC are the two main companies that show these programmes. Usually they are special edition type shows... however it wont hurt to contact them. I have seen eoisodes where they will re-unite families from France, Germany, America etc... Im not too sure how much they would charge etc.

This is the american detective... http://koreandetective.com/locate-e.htm

Well as you stated you not seen your father (unless hes missing as well) you have to shallow your pride and get in contract with him. Apart from that

I don't know that country your in.

Your best bet is maybe put an ad in a local paper in the area you grew up in or in areas where you knew your family was, reminder to included detials of yourself. Another thing is to find a way to get the marrage/ birth certs of your mom/dad and try and follow the paper trail to there it leads.
