does anyone know what this might be. his eyes are swelling, he is very hungrey, their are probably 50 bumps on his stomach green with pus. he is about 5 wks old

Puppy pyoderma. Take him to the vet and get an antibiotic. They often get it a few times while they are puppies.
The eye thing is weird. Maybe an allergic reaction, but the pus filled bumps are an infection and need attention!!!!!
See a vet!!

a really bad infection take that poor puppy to the vet right away before it dies ppl need to relize animals are like humans if your 5 week old baby had bumbs with pus coming out of it on her belly and swelled pus filled eyes u would take her to a doctor right away do the same for that poor puppy take it to a vet asap

The others are correct. This puppy is too young for you to put off veterinary care. This is not an issue you can research on the internet, it needs to be seen, diagnosed and treated immediately. Your puppy obviously has an infection affecting his whole system.

Contact your vet immediately. Do you have other pups in the litter still with this sick one, if so, quarantine the pup straight away, clean the area with bleach before you place any other pups in the area.

Just incase it is an infectious disease. Otherwise seek vet advise incase of infection.

take him to the vet...it might be insect bites but who knows? he needs to see a vet immediately. my dog gets little white bumps with pus in them from ant bites. but since his eyes are swelling and he is hungry, i think that it might be an allergic reaction...i hope that he is ok.

could have gotten into ants
that will explain the swelling and puss

It's puppy pyoderma! it's normal... but if there are as many as you say there is then you should bring him to the vet. It's time for his first temporary vaccine anyway, so you should be going in with him soon.

With the eyes swelling you better get him to the vet or you'll have a dead dog on your hands pretty soon!!

Chick you are crazzy I hope you took that puppy to the vet! My lab's eyes swelled shut from a wasp sting and I totaly freaked out. I did not get on the computer and ask people what I should do. Duh!!!!!!!
