A baby spinach salad with Annies Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing topped with small yellow tomatoes and fresh raspberries is Yummy!

I give my little prisoners bread and water and time in the hole! Salads are too good for them, as a matter of fact go to bed and think about the poor starving children in Africa. Actually I don't have kids but your father is probably trying to teach you a LESSON... Sometime you need to make up your own mind what to eat... and sometimes your going to have to fix it yourself.

first of all why is your dad stupid because he won't make you anything? aren't you old enough to make yourself something to eat? sad.

for a salad i would say dark green leafy lettuce or spinach or both and tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, cheese (feta), cucumbers, onion, the whole nine yards if you have it. be careful though because the bigger the salad the more unhealthy, and most dressings can be unhealthy to.

Spinach leaves- fresh mushroons- crasins[dried cranberries] mandarin orange slices roasted or fresh pecans with a low-fat dressing .whole wheat crackers and either crysytal lite or un sweet tea to drink.
