Why would a guy flirt one minute and really look at you into you eyes and down at your lips. And then ignore you for like a week. Not even looking your way?

well there are several things one is that he might think that you dont like him and he might think that he messed up and only pushed you away. he might also think that he is rushing things and just dosnt know how to say that to your face so ignoring\avoiding you is the only joust thing he can think of. all in all i guess you can somehow let him know that you do like him. that might make him stop inoring you. i wish you the best of luck and i hope that i helped.

Nobody knows why guys do something like that. They like you one minute, and the next minute they ignore you. If a guy really likes you, he'll flirt with you all the time and not ignore you. I wouldn't even waste my time having a guy flirt with me and then ignore me a minute later. It wasn't meant to be. Move on and continue meeting new people.

I'm still trying to figure this out from a guy's perspective. Why do girls do this? I would say maybe he is waiting for you to make a move towards him. Flirt back! Look into his eyes. If you still get nothing, try a little more, then watch the reaction.

Well dear in my experience he is thinking it over. Wondering if you're someone who is worth the time and trouble, possible heartache, to get to know and flirt with. If he just didn't find you that memorable, than ignore him. You're better off without him anyway!
Go up and flirt with him, I bet you'll pretty much surprise him and he'll then remember you and it lets him know that you're kind of interested in him!

Maybe your breath stinks. Or maybe you are just what he is looking for, he's not ready to commit and that is what he would want with you so he's dating around first.
Maybe he does it with everyone and just likes to feed his ego by what good responses he can get out of however many girls.
