The best way would be:
Work for UK company in Estern Europe.
You could:
1.earn English money
2.spend much less than normally, cos there is cheaper,
3.you can study - but the problem might be with the language - but some Uni teach in English
4.there is lovely.
Social life would be difficult in the village but in bigger cities ppl speak some English.

As a member of the EU you can live in any European country of your choice, but to get a job is for you next to impossible anywhere on the continent, especially if you do not speak the language of the country of your choice! Because jobs are scarse many houses are for sale at a low price and education is good in the entire EU!

I would actually go to one of the Nordic countries ... if you're used to Britain's welfare etc., you'll find the same in Denmark, Norway and Sweden ... it's easy to find a job, most people speak English, and people are for the most part friendly ...

. . . probably Bulgaria, they're the next lot coming over here - housing not a problem with the exodus plenty of cheap empty properties, job-wise go self-employed giving English lessons, you'll make a fortune . . .
