DON'T STRAIN: Can cause colon pockets, polyps (cancer risk) and hemorrhoids you would later REGRET.
Immediately: Drink couple glasses of prune juice and stay home until action is over.
The following is suggestions for the longer term:
1. Drink a lot of water daily (8 glasses)
2. Exercise (good posture and walking daily would help the abdominal muscles and stimulate your colon)
3. Include more roughage in your diet
4.. Go to the bathroom when you feel the urge -- don't "hold it."
5. Sit, relax, don't strain, wait and allow it to come out with little pushing.

1st of all what is your dietary intake? Sounds like a high fiber diet or heavy in the proteins and your bowels are becoming clogged. Easy solution: once a week, eat a greasy cheeseburger and fries. That will loosen up your bowels and it also provides excellent lubricant for the evacuation for your poop! Just go to White Castles, problem will be solved in about 20 minutes! Good Luck!

there might be a problem with your colin, so go see a doctor if that happens 4 more times. also, eat more carbon fiber if the poop is red. if the poop is green, eat more iron. but, u should eat more fruit, if ur straining. if ur doing all this and the same thing happens every time, then its official, u should see a doctor.

The guys are right. Sounds like Constipation, try this.
Every morning, a glass of Orange Juice, follwed by a bowl of Bran Flakes, and some wholemeal toast.
1100, cup of tea and a peice of fruit, or a glass of milk and fruit
Lunch, Jacket Potato (Day 1), Tuna Sandwich (Day 2) & clear soup (Day 3), washed down with water, but you could spoil yourself with a soft drink.
Dinner, Smoked Mackrel (Day 1), Steak (day 2) & Chicken (day 3), a glass of red wine and a small cake for a treat.
A glass of Orange before bed.
Follow this diet 3 days, and that should sort out your body.

before trying laxative pills... try stirring some fiber additive into your OJ or water. It's much more pleasant than most laxative pills that cause really bad cramps....ouch....
The most important thing is to get that poop out of you...constipation can cause really bad problems... Take care...

Try spreading your cheeks apart and kind of hunker down and push. That usually works for me!!

That's constipation. Drink evaporated milk and eat lots of veggies and fruits for fiber. Or you could just eat oatmeals with evaporated milk.

you are constipayed and need to add more fiber in your diet and eat or drinnk foods that will soften your stools you can even get something at the drug store for this good luck
