No. Poop is made up of non-productive waste matter. G-d can only produce life. There is no life in poop.

G-d is an unfathomable energy and He is never in excess. However, if you're asking in the context of Jesus, who people worship as a god when he was actually a man, then yes. Jesus pooped since he was human like the rest of us (with an added bonus of people skills).
