I am talking to a guy who is very flirtacious and has many female admirers. I am a self-confident person. But he is from Italy and Italian men have eyes and they approach women and talk to them. Do you know if guys like that change when they are in a relationship?

Most people won't change. You should just assume dating/marriage/child birth will not change a person.

Only way to date a flirtacious person is to have loads of trust in him. Flirting theoretically does not equal to cheating. If you can trust him and put up with him being popular with the ladies, then go for it. If you don't want to put up with it, then he's not for you.

You're not "supporting" the Italian, financially, are you? Because if he's allowing that, then he's nothing but a gigolo; knew a Frenchman like that once....so very charming with the accent and all...gorgeous, too, but was a PIG! As long as he treats you as "number 1" gal, then go with the flow...what will be will be!!

No, best way to be in a relationship like that and not get hurt is go into it not caring. See what he does, if he's a flirt you'll do the same and heal come caroling back to you. If he doesn't hes not for you but he will. ;)

I just wouldn't. And people seldom if ever truly 'change'.
