Bad? Homemade pie can go bad? Do you live alone or something? I have never experienced this phenomenon. At my house it's lucky to ever make it back INTO the refrigerator. Sorry I can't help you with this one!

It all depends on what it's made of. Custard pies, those made with eggs and milk, are generally good for 3-4 days in the refrigerator (like milk). Fruit pies, made with fresh, frozen, or canned fruit and sugar, but no eggs can keep 5-10 days (like leftover canned fruit). Pies made with dried fruit and sugar, like mince pies, can keep a lot longer (like condiments). Make sure to keep the pie well sealed in order to prevent strange refrigerator odors from seeping into the pie, and in order to keep the filling from drying out.

Never had that problem. The pie bandit seems to always
clean up the pie well before it has a chance to go bad.

Just a couple of days. It probably has no preservatives in it to keep it fresh.
