"Enlightenment", first of all, you are wrong about the majority of illegals being overstayers. Those are an issue as well, but the vast majority are not overstayers, they are border jumpers.

Also, I think in your "enligthenment" you have missed the point. People waiting for legal immigration are mostly born poor as well. Should they not have as much right or a greater right than those who ignore the process and jump the border? The overstayers were not born as poor as the border jumpers or most people waiting for legal immigration visas. They had enough money to get student or tourist or business visas. The border jumpers make it impossible for the legal applicants to get visas because there are no jobs for those legal applicants because the jobs are all taken by the illegal immigrants. No country is going to let in immigrants if there are no jobs for them. That would be irresponsible not to mention stupid and poor policy.

If you consider yourself a defender of the poor, I would think you would want a fairer system of immigration. Obviously, you don't really care about the poor, you just use it as an argument to support illegal immigration. Perhaps you are racist against Africans and Asians and Middle Easterners who don't have the option of jumping the border. Is that why you prefer illegal immigration over legal immigration? You want only North and South Americans to immigrate, or people with enough money and/or education to get tourist/student/business visas and then overstay them?

Or maybe you like the exploitation system. Perhaps you benefit from it so you want to maintain it by supporting illegal immigration. Legal immigration would destroy that system, so you are against it. Illegal immigrants are as guilty of perpetuating this system as you, the benefiting parties, are. If they had followed the system and waited for those jobs to become available so that they could immigrate legally and be paid a legal wage, we wouldn't have the problem we have today. But their needs were more important than the needs of the poor African or Asian, so much so that they are willing to ruin it for all immigrants and accept slave wages so that no legal person can afford to be employed in those jobs.

I hope this explains things to you.

YES, there are two types.

The legal ones who are those waiting, overseas, for their documents to get process legally which is take time because of the visa quota. Those are the people that suffers the most (trauma). They have to wait up to ten years to get to the US. They are vaccinated, fingerprinted and they pay for their visa wich is about $700 (total cost).

The ill-legals are mostly mostly those potentially sick because they 've never went through neither medical or police background check process. It take them a few seconds to get accross the border line. nobody knows who they are and, in some cases, they may not know who they really and so their country of origin. In some cases, illegals transit different countries in order to get here. They have a good sense of globalism. Illegals never walk alone, which is a mystery.

Approximately 250 million people cross the U.S.-Mexico border each year, making it the most traversed border in the world. Almost all of the crossings are legal, for purposes of work, shopping, tourism, etc. Less than 1 percent of crossings--somewhere between 1 and 2 million per year--occur without authorization.

Most of what bigots like yourself call "illegal" human beings tend to overstay thier visas and that is how most undocumented workers get into the United States to be exploited inthe labor market to make your lawn look nice and your dishes clean while you and your greedy family take the profit from thier labor simply because they were born poor and you weren't.

go look up the word "board" in the dictionary.

I hope this explaination helped.

that's not the only way to be an illegal.. First, I would recommend you to get your facts straight before you go blabbin' out stuff.
You can also be an illegal immigrant if you over stay your visa. The majority of illegal immigrants over stay their visa..
