Check ageofconsent.com. I know in some cases, even if one is underage, it's ok as long as the two are within three years. Also, a lot of states, maybe even most, have 16 as the age of consent.

Depends on his parents. Over zealous parents can make anything happen. One wrong move your name will be on the sex offender's registry.

My advice is to stay away.

Your a legal age and he is not, so no matter how you look at it, it's rape ( that is if your "intimate" ). Find someone your age or older...it's much safer!
