Okay I am not trying to make anyone mad. I know religion makes people upset when questioned sometimes and I apologize incase I do upset anyone. Okay
Hell? Usually when we hear the word hell, we think burning toture and so on? Alot of agony for eternity right?
My question is when Armageddon the final battle between good an evil take place. God will the rid the world of satan and the demons right?
So, who is going to torture the people in hell after Armageddon takes place and there is no evil in the world if we are supposed to be totured for eternity?

Hello friend,
May I say that you've been taught a bad premise.
In Hell, people are not tortured. Torture speaks of evil. God is Just and Holy. May I also say that God sends no one to Hell. In fact, He put a major road block in the form of a Cross on the road to Hell so that everyone who goes there must go through, around, under, or over it to get there.

God does not want ANYONE to go there, but He will not violate their free will to choose or reject Him.

But to your question, the "ridding of the world" as you put it is found in Rev. 20:10-15. The word used there is "tormented" which is not the same as tortured. In the Greek it means pain, torment, toil, vexation etc.

Now if you will, allow me to pose a question to you.
What if Hell had no literal fire, no torture as you put it, but instead
was only darkness totally void of all light.
And, you were fully able to remember each and every time someone told you about Christ. You could clearly see their face and hear their words in your mind. You would know about your precious grandma or dear mother telling you about the Saviors'
love, each occasion where anyone and everyone ever told you about God's Grace, all this you could distinctly recall -- this and nothing more.

Then add to this, the fact that before you went to Hell you came face to face with Him who's hands and feet were pierced for you, He who stretched out His loving arms on a rugged splintered tree for you and had YOU on His mind that very day, yes, you came face to face with this Dear Savior who had to look you in the eye, and possibly with a tear in His precious eye stepped aside so as not to stand in your way any longer. He stepped aside and allowed you to go to Hell where you knew you would go if you rejected Him.

Then, there in Hell, for all Eternity, your perfect memory would never fail as you remembered His face, remembered all those who tried to reach you. For all Eternity this is yours to remember with your perfect memory provided to you by your hardened heart.

Friend, if all this were so, do you think Hell would have to have fire? God's Book speaks of Hell fire. Now friend, let's suppose that Hell does have a fire that never goes out and you are never consumed, and add to that all of the above... Can you picture torment now?

Please don't go.
Don't wait for "Armageddon" or the day you die. God is waiting for you and everyone who will only call on His Name.
Because He so much loved the world,(that's you), that He gave His only Son, (Christ Jesus) that whoever (anyone-everyone) would not perish (die and go to Hell), but rather have Eternal Life.

And that Life is in Jesus.
God bless you as you proceed.
2 Tim. 2:7

God rids evil ON EARTH, doesnt have anything to do with whats going on down there. You "MAY" be given one last chance but...

Hell will come to earth and give everyone a taste of whats to come. The unsure will be tested....sides will be taken and faith will be tested. It will be a hell of a lot harder to get into heaven but well worth the trials in the long run. Thus, in my opinion people tend not to wait until the last days and learn to give their lives to the Lord now, so that they wont experience that when the time comes.

Demons that won't stop torturing you (chewing at your skin), you will end up begging for death and it will never come. Swarms of bugs that dont stop biting, fire that burns you nearly for eternity, the longest days of your life, the worst of everything that you can imagine and that will seem to last forever, days will not end...etc.etc.

Or, learn to find the Lord now and be taken before it all starts instead of being lef behind.

By the way, incase you think that I am some Charlie Church, I actually dont belive that I will make it the 1st time around, but hopefully will keep my faith throughout the ordeal, and God will have pity on my soul and eventually bring me back to meet my wife and family.

There is such thing as hell and you will go there if you don't have faith in the lord but after the Armageddon there you will be set in a place so horrifying that you do not need some one there to totured you will will be burning in the burning pits of hell no one needs to be totured there

I dont' know much about the battle of Armageddon, but I do know that the devil and the demons are spirits, just like the angels, only they are evil. They are spirit and they are eternal. Those of us who are condemned to hell will get to spend eternity with those wicked things, enduring permanent suffering, torture, separation from the light of God. Hell.

Satan and the demons will be being tortured in hell for eternity too... not ruling it like a lot of people want to think. The eternal torment comes from being eternally sepperated from God. When He takes away His peace and love and joy, what is left is pain, sadness and suffering. Hell is not satan poking you with a pitchfork.

Armageddon is the end of this present age, but not the end of the world. You are missing part of the story, Satan is only thrown into the abyss and after 1000 years he is released for a short time. After that short time then both Heaven and Earth are remade. Heave comes down to earth and God takes throne on the earth.

Hell is not on earth but a place of punishmeant meant for Satan and his angels. It was never ment for us however we do get to make the choice.

The book of Revelations is a hard book to read and harder to understand but you might want to take a little time and read it for some understand of your question.

This current age will be complete the moment Christ returns again.

A moment after that, we will all be in the next age, which is believed to be eternal.

We know from scripture that Satan has already been sentenced, and that there will be a fire emanating from inside of him that will consume him and turn him to ashes, in the sight of all.

All those who reject God and embrace Satan will share Satan's penalty.

Since this penalty occurs in the age to come, it is an eternal penalty, and the process will go on forever.

Would it not be a foolish thought for people to die and yet be sensitive to heat, to be able to burn yet not be consumed.
Bible study brings out that hell isn't designed for mankind. It is a spiritual place intended for Satan and his followers.
The concept of hell finds truth in the ground we walk on. Mankind's common grave.
No one is going to suffer eternal fire. God doesn't work that way.

You have a Catholic view of what hell is. Armageddon is not when God destroys the devil for one thing. Hell was created for Satan and all of his angles, also for all those who rejected Christ. The mere fact of being in a lake of fire is the torture, never again having a chance to redeem yourself and be forgiven.

THERE IS NO BURNING HELL!!!!!!!!

The Bible Hell is the FIRST DEATH, grave, memorial tomb, pit; Ecc.9:5, John 5:28,29.

Gehenna, the Lake of fire is the SECOND DEATH; Rev.20:14.

FIRE is a symbol of destruction, Jesus said, 'unless you repent, you will all be destroyed.'...not burn forever...Luke 13:5.

Jeremiah 32:35 ..they built high places to Baal..in order to make their sons and daughters pass through the fire..a thing that I did not command them, neither did it come up into my heart to do this detestable thing...(said Jehovah/YHWH)

The *burning hell* is from probably Greek mythology..and became part of the teachings of the Catholic Church along with other pagan ideas in the 3rd century.
