I am still in junior high. I would like to know my gpa on a 4 point scale. In my junior highs where i live we have 2 semesters, & 3 sections consisting of 6 weeks in each semester. making it 6 six weeks in a school year. 3 6 weeks in a semester, and 2 semesters in a school year. I Have made all a's all year so is it a 4.0 gpa? In the first '6 weeks' i made a: 95, 96, 94, 100, 96, and 101. So what would my gpa be? If you don't understand this... just tell me how to calculate my gpa. THanks, kay. :)

Well, if you have all A's in ALL of your classes, then you have a 4.000 GPA. To find out your GPA, you take your letter grade from each class, add it up and divide by the number of classes you take. An 'A' is worth 4 pts, B is 3 pts, C is 2 pts, D is 1 pt, and F is 0 pt. For example, if you take 6 classes and you have 3 A's and 2 B's and 1 C. You would add 4+4+4+3+3+1. That would equal 19, then you take 19 and divide it by 6 (the # of classes you take). Your GPA would then be 3.166. Hope this helped.

A = 4 B = 3 C = 2 D= 1 f= 0. since you took 6 A's you add it up (6x4 =24) now take that number and divide it by how many courses you took. so it would be 24/6 = 4.0
some factors change this. something like for AP classes an A =5 B=4 and so on. but you do have a 4.0

your gpa doesnt go by individual grades, you need to add up all your grades for a certain subject then average them, once you do that, you have a final grade for the class, each letter grade has a number that is calculates your gpa.
A

4.00
A-
90-92
3.67
B+
87-89

B

Honors class=5 points
A= 4 points
B= 3 points
C= 2 points
D= 1point
E= 0 points
Add the numbers together and divide by total number of classes.
EX:
You have 2 A's, a B, and a C. According to the scale above, you have a total of 13 points divided by 4 classes gives you a G.P.A. of 3.25. So if you have all A's, you have a G.P.A. of at least 4.0 depending on whether you're in any honors classes. Congratulations!

On a four-point scale this should be the breakdown:
A: 90-100+
B: 80-89.99
C: 70-79.99
D: 60-69.99
F: 59.99 or less
Most schools will do this:
4 points for an A
3 points for a B
2 for a C
1 for a D
You add up the corresponding point values and divide them by the number of classes that you took. It's an average that you're calculating. You'll have to add up all your classes throughout high school to find your cumulative GPA.

You can figure out an approximate gpa...A=4, B=3, etc etc... add them up then divide them by how many grades you have all together. This only works per semester. Cumulative gpas are more difficult...

Take the number of people you asked this question divide the number of oreos you can eat, multiply that by the number of days in a leap year. Subtract the number of hours you watch TV, andd than take the square root of the number of calories you eat ina day. You should have a good idea

add 95,96,94,100,96, and 101. Then divide by 6. That is your percentage. Now, divide by 25. That is your gpa.
