Contact the Oklahoma Gaming Commission and a lawyer. You can always call the Tribal police on Indian Land. In every Casion there should be a rep of the state gaming board.

You signed it, you should have read it before you signed it. You don't have much recourse, especially since they're Indian. Indian casinos aren't really required to obey most of the laws that other casinos are, which is why there are so many of them. There should be a regulatory board for gambling and casinos in your state. They probably don't have any jurisdiction over the Indians, but they may be able to help you or point you in the right direction.
