won a jackpot and they tried to cheat me out of it made me sign a false statement saying I did not have proper Id which was a lie I did have I did not know you can get no one to come to your aid on Indina land

Contact the Oklahoma Gaming Commission and a lawyer. You can always call the Tribal police on Indian Land. In every Casion there should be a rep of the state gaming board.

You signed it, you should have read it before you signed it. You don't have much recourse, especially since they're Indian. Indian casinos aren't really required to obey most of the laws that other casinos are, which is why there are so many of them. There should be a regulatory board for gambling and casinos in your state. They probably don't have any jurisdiction over the Indians, but they may be able to help you or point you in the right direction.

you should get pre-paid legal and you would have an attorney for anything and everything to ask questions like this.!
