It depends on your blood alcohol level which is based off of your height, weight, gender, and body chemistry. Generally one beer in an hour should keep you legal.

It is a variable factor depending on alot of things. The weight of the person, the sex of the person, whether they drank on an empty stomach or with food etc. No 2 people are the same.
