"Illegal Responsible For Deadly Car Crash"
A man in the United States illegally is charged in a deadly car accident in Nashville. According to police, Julio Villasana, 33, was driving wrong way on Briley Parkway near Roberston Avenue Tuesday night and hit a motorcycle driven by Charles Derrington.

Derrington, 51, was killed and according to Police, Villasana jumped out of the car and fled the crash scene. He was caught a short time later.

Villasana is charged with DUI, vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident. Police also discovered Villasana had been deported from the U.S. in the past and there is no record of him legally reentering the country.

the point of my question is, if the ILLEGAL had been in his home country, he would not have killed an AMERICAN. there are people that are legal that make the same mistakes. and we all know that, why do we need more from somewhere else??? All ILLEGALs must go. LEGAL immigrants are more than welcome

hey just wanted to give you a little insight on this "illegal" sitiuation that seems to be really upseting you. according to statistics taken by stanford and harvard universities out of all the accidents in the united states that are ultametley leading to a death, 93% of those have nothing to do with any type of legality status what im trying to say is that they are legal citizens. 221 of the fortune 500 companies which are the companies that are the biggest in the world, and that are runed by the most intelectual and intelegent people in the world were started in the united states out of the 221, 185 were started by imigrants who later became citizens and eventually led to the super power known as the united states as of 1993. just a little more info some of the greates minds in the world are imigrants that ultimatley shaped the us such as albert einstein immigrant from germany, arnold swerzinegger imigrant from austria, stephen hawking imigrant family from england, and so on. ohh yeah and if you are reffereng to the americas specifically here is one fact publicize onazteca tv which is the msnbc of mexico, when the katrina incident happened 1586 immigrants digged night and day for 18 days to save the lives of a total of 524 people from sure death. i hope this if not changes your mind at leas opens up your eyes a little





Just out of dam curiosity i would like to know what exactly do you consider a legal person would a person that was brought to this coutry against their will when they were 1 and has lived here for 20 years with out identification be an ilegal, or how about the parents that bring their babies from europe and when they are born they request they not be US citizens even though they are born here are they ilegal. and the people i metion all refer to illegal immigrants. this is the case in about 35% of immigrants thats a huge number.

I'm sorry. I happen to be VERY pro-legal and anti-illegal, but I don't see this as an argument to support either case. For every illegal immigrant involved in a drunk driving case in which someone has been killed, there would be a thousand citizens.

Illegal immigration is wrong because it is illegal and causes a thousandfold problems. However, incidental occurances, anecdotal stories, really don't make a case either way. They are not a direct result of illegal immigration.

I get what your saying....Derrington (the victim) would still be alive if this illegal was not here. What is really messed up is the illegal had already been deported once!! That right there just proves that the borders need to be secured!! Sure this is one victim and yea we have Americans that drive drunk (and commit hit and runs) BUT the point in this case is Derrington would still be alive today if our borders were secure!! You can just chalk up this to one more victim of an ILLEGAL ALIEN. How many more will there be before the borders are secure??

I just got some justice on a similar deal. Fortunatley the illegal only "killed" my front fence ($1000). He took off but I was able to sleuth out who had done it and turn him in. He had no Dr. LIc and No Car insurance, couldn't speak English, etc. I had to fight with the cops to get them to do anything. What the heck is going on in this country? Finally they caught him while driving and towed his car and cited him for driv. without a license. Now he's not out there and able to kill or destroy someone elses life or property.
Why are the authorities afraid to enforce the law anymore?

No,but why do you bring up just the illegals involved in car crashes,thefts and rapes.When my dad arrived in the US as an illegal he was mugged by one of your fine AMERICAN citizens.And what about those people who have been accused of mugging illegals just because they know they carry cash on them and will be too scared to report the crime.I'm guessing those are the type of people you wish to keep in America.Do not generalize,there are just bad people regardless of citizenship

I don't think that's exclusively Illegals my brother was killed by a hit and run drunk driver killed while holding my sisters hand.The man was an American and if wasn't for a witness we would not have known who it was. And I hope like crazy what happened to my brother never happens to your family by an American though.

People die everyday in this country in car accidents because of so many causes. Drunk drivers, faulty tires, people on cell phones....the list goes on and on.....There are many drunken American drivers out there too!

where I live, they have learned that they have to buy insurance to get their car tag, but as soon as they get it, they cancel the insurance. If you get in a wreck with Mexican around here, you're usually screwed!!
