I was a full on DORK when I was in junior hiigh and high school. I grew up in Orange County, CA by the beach, yet I was a really white girl. No tan at all! So I always hated dressing out for PE. Plus, I was one of those kids who when they were picking players for teams, they would actually argue over who didn't want me!!! I was a dancer, but not into PE and other sports. I just had to bite the bullet and do it anyway.
Unfortunately, there's not a lot you can do about having to go to PE class. You just have to do it. Who really cares if they laugh or make fun? I know it sucks now while you're a kid.
Just for the record, I have to tell you that I am a lawyer now. Whatever became of those kids who used to laugh at me back in the day? A lot of them are probably druggies or never even set foot onto a college campus. I like to believe that I have the last laugh!
Hold your head up high and let 'em laugh. One day you'll show them!!!

Laugh with them and kind of make it a joke. I'm sure there are things that you can do that they can't. Some people are coordinated and some aren't. My daughter walks the track instead of running all the time. She says as long as she passes who cares. Don't worry about what other people think. You have better things to do. Good Luck !!!!!

Find something your good at. The most brilliant minds of the world are not athletic. Being athletic is one of the least important things relevant to anything else you can dedicate your life two. I mean is running after a ball all day really that important to you? We have HIV, Cancer, Going to the moon, and then there is kobe briant's triple double. what sounds more important to you

First don't worry about them, not everybody can be good at sports.
Second, I'm sure there are other kids that aren't that good at sports in your class. Get together with them and cheer each other on if something goes good or poke fun when it doesn't. If you're able to laugh at yourself the others will realize that it doesn't bother you and they will stop. Because if you don't get upset it's boring for them to tease.

um you could give them some comebacks. Or maybe you could try and work out and practice on some certain sports and everything. ooooooooooooor you could come up with some excuse that people will believe and say something like you broke your wrist or arm or leg (or sum body part) a long time ago and that's why your not so good at sports anymore. ( i did that once and it worked) but I'm pretty good at sports but i will admit there are those one sports i suck at so i just give some comebacks and they shut up
and if ur good at ignoring do so. but if your not you could say "I'm only human"

Take no notice and ignore their actions. We can't be great in everything right? People can be better in this thing and people can be better in that thing. In simple words just be who you are. Hope people will stop laughing at you and what I said helped.

the only reason they are picking on u is because they know it bugs you, just act like it does not bother u and just make jokes about it. i was not good in P.E either i'd miss the ball and i would say stuff like oops didn't see that one coming. just say thing out loud that would bug them. and if u are scared of the girls that are picking on you than just stay away from them if they say some thing about u just say to them o'while i have better thing to do than to be here..

First, tell an adult like your teacher, coach or a guidance counselor about it. Then, if you have the courage to do this, approach whoever is laughing at you and say: "Cut it out, ___", and then walk away. But be sure to tell an adult.
