I have 2 sources using RF coaxial cable: A LCD television and a Elgato Recording Device for my computer. What are good RF coaxial switchers? Any suggestions and posted URL adresses would be great.

These used to be made for switching between antenna and games. They are hard to find now. You might try the switch made for x-box here: http://www.radioshack.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=&kw=rf%20switch&origkw=RF%20switch

Why are you using RF? Do these have composite video outputs (with yellow/red/white RCA plugs)? It's much easier to find video swtiches,

I searched some more and found that what you want is more likely used to switch between cables in a cable TV system. Here is one:
