Actually I have been making this sauce for years and it is identical:
2 parts Cattlemens original BBQ sauce (other brands will not taste identical)
1 part Teriyaki sauce. (the thin liquid similar to soy not a thick marinade)
It is very tasty but burns easily on the grill so be sure to baste near the end of cooking.

I would suggest getting a job as a cook at the sizzler and quit once you find out how to make it. lol just kidding. sorry.....I dont know. But I bet you could find out..........call the sizzler and ask to speak to a cook. The worst they could say is no. It's worth a try.
