After months of fasting and fervent prayer. After singing the many songs of joy taught to me by GOD in my solitude. My praying and singing and yearning for the Light of The Almighty should bring forth an answer, should it not?

It might be in the form of an answer to a multiple choice question, as a black, filled-in circle. In which case the answer would have no sound at all.

God answers all prayer. Each and every single prayer. However we have to remember a few things about prayer. #1 God meets our needs not our greeds. Sometimes the answer will be no. Sometimes the answer may be not now. And even when he does provide an answer it may not be in the format you expect. For example, if you pray for a new car. You may get a new job that will allow you to afford a newer car, your prayer was answered just in a fashion that most people may not recognize as an answer to that specific prayer. Keep your heart open and seeking Gods will and you will be amazed what you find. Dont pray selfishly, remember the answers to prayer are for the glory of God.... not to glorify us. God bless you :)

Pray for the right things and with your whole heart. Sing with joy and sincerity. Always make time for a few minutes of solitude, so your answers can come to you. Ask that the Lord's Light always be with you...and then be grateful for it...and don't let the answers knock you hard on the head.

An answer is not guaranteed. If that is why you did all of this you were wrong. You do these things to demonstrate you love for God period.

If you had a question God will answer it regardless. The fact is God sometimes answers with silence which means not now or no.

God is not bribe-able so the answer is not dependant on acts or deeds.

Not necessarily. God doesn't speak directly only to a few lucky souls. You might not be one of them but you will get an answer. Maybe, it will come from a happening or another person.

You don't need to torture yourself to find peace. Eat healthy, get plenty of exercise, meditate, and be kind to others. That's the magic forumla.
