I have a 2 month old so not a lot of time to exercise...any suggestions on how i can lose some weight? Please help!

Swimming increases your metabolism and is also an aerobic activity. Combine this with at-home video workouts and you can loose weight consistantly but not exactly fast. If you need to keep the wieght of this would be a great long-term program for you but a short-term workout for you would be very confusing and time consuming.

Losing weight is all a matter of calories in minus calories out. Make a food journal, find out how much you're eating in calores and what, and then work out accordingly. The body naturally burns calories, this is also known as your metabolism. Go Google around and you'll find an equation for your metabolism.

Eating something in the area of 1500 calories a day plus a good cardio workout will help you slim down.

Do not, I repeat, do not ever eat less than 1200 calories. This puts your body in 'starvation' mode and just impedes your weight loss effort.

Seems that with a babe *2 mo* you would be burning mega calories already, no? Sooo - unless you are sitting in front of the tube with child on lap all day, I'd say you don't need to increase your calorie burning. It's all gotta be in the 'intake' area then ---
Reduce your sugars and all sweets - carbs next -
Thirty pounds of after birth weight is not a lot to drop - it just may take a few months, if you stick with reducing your food and calorie intake. . .

Try the dog food diet. I had lost quite a few pounds in a short period of time doing this, although it's has all the nutrition a body needs I ended up in the hospital. After I got out I decided to try it again and when I was in the grocery store line with my bag of dog food the lady behind me asked "do you have a dog"? Well I told her about the diet, that all you do is fill your pockets with dry dog food and whenever your hungry just grab a few and eat. lots of water, try vegetable juicing (semi-expensive though), fatty 3 & omega acids which come from fish like tuna and salmon and flax seed oil all are good fats that help flush weight out of your system. try not eating carbs at night -- even make a rule...none after 3pm. Eat more small portion meals a day, more vegetables, and stay away from fast food. Good luck

Never overdo eating and exercise. Eat a well balanced diet and exercise at least 30 minutes, 3 days of a week. I lost weight quickly by eating less and most importantly, stay away from junkfood! When you crave sugar, eat fresh fruit (grapes, apples, oranges...). Best of Luck!!! :):):)

forget about fast. But you can take in less calories (log it somewhere and you'll feel more responsible for each bite you eat) and lose the weight over the next 5 or 6 months.

Eat only 500 calories a day and drink lots of water. Also, exercise.
