in addition to exercise, therapy, and medication...
prayer, Bible reading (read the Psalms - King David suffered from depression) and support from friends who care, and write in a journal. Start to count your blessings - however small they seem. (Even if it's that your heart just took another beat!)
I hope it doesn't sound simplistic, but really be happy for any ray of light you see and take life moment by moment - which turns into hour by hour, then day by day. God is with you in your darkest hour and he understands your pain...
He is your Hope!

time! I just wait. Waiting for 3 years and it is getting little bit easier everyday. I think after 5 years I will shake this depression off my back
