It may sound wierd but this is true that there are so many job sites including Govt sites but none of them work. Chances are very slim like 5% out of 100. These sites are like eye wash to the hard working innocent public. The employers would already have someone in their mind from the moment position becomes vacant and yet they just post the posting on the sites just in order to comply with the Labour Law that every employer must post every job posting to give equal opportunity to the public. Whereas, the reality is they don't, all they do is hire their own relatives or friends or employee's cousins etc. all back-door process that is to say : an inefficient person for the position. They call all short listed applicants( well experienced and efficient) for the interviews for formality, but won't it be a waste of time for these job seekers who are desperate for the job, when the employer has already selected someone from the beginning within his office itself just because the incumbent is a firend or relative of his current employee? This is what happens but who's gonna change this unfairness.
