I am not sure if it is different in your area, I have lived in NY and Ohio and the standard both places was the points stayed on your license for 1 year and your insurance for 3 years...as far as being dropped, the will be on your record for a long time, but when ticketing, most police only look and see if you have had any offenses in the past 12 months.

That's up to state law, not the counties. Usually it's 3 years.

This is something that is governed by the state not the county. Call your local state police department, insurtace company, or department of motor vehicles in your state and they can give you an accurate answer.

The longest I have seen is 5 years but this does vary. Contact your local DMV

It all depends on your insurance company & the date the incident happened. But where I work its 3yrs. after the date of incident.
