Well sad news is, you cant do much of anything - it all lies within herself. If she wants to change the way she looks, she needs to get the motivation to do it. You can try to motivate her and join her in doing "healthy" acitivites such as swimming, going to the night clubs to dance, running or even walking- and making sure she is eating healthier. Whatever you do, please do not tell her you have no interest in the way she looks anymore- all that will do is break her self esteem down. You can try relaying the message to her in a caring & adult manner maybe by saying something like " baby you are gorgeous, but i really am worried about your weight gain and think we could do sumthing about it".

Notice the key word there is "WE". Make her feel like she is not alone and try to make her feel good about herself even if you dont think she is as great looking as she was before.

i had the same issue with one of my ex-girlfriends (key word being ex). She was active when we met and slowly got lazy. I would suggest you try to do active things together.... maybe sign up for a swimming class or tennis class.
This unfortunately didn't work for me and after a lot of "hints" i decided to break it off. It really depends on how you look too. If you're a slob then you can't expect much in return. I am now dating a girl who actually cares about her body and it's so much fun doing things with and to her!! Plus she looks great in a bikini... there are too many awesome girls out there to get stuck with a lazy one that says "Love me for who I am".... uhhh don't let the door smack your fat *** on the way out.

If her size is paramount and above how much you care about her, then by all means end the relationship. You will definitely be doing the best thing for her...the relationship will only continue to sour and go downhill.

If you have any class you will at least not be mean and abusive in the way you handle it.

Be honest with her and tell her you will help her find a way to lose it. Diet pills or speed is the fastest way. If it hurts her feelings that you tell her, ask yourself if it would hurt her even more if you broke up with her.
In my opinion, it is better to have an eating disorder then to be fat. Neither one is healthy, but at least with an eating disorder you look good before you die. When you are fat, you look disgusting up to the day you have your heart attack.

Exercise and eat healthy WITH her and be willing to change something about yourself too. I'm sure there's something she doesn't like about you anymore either.

If you are no longer attracted to her, break up with her. She won't eat and will lose some weight fast.
