there are so many sweetheart:
Condoms-a very known and widely used source of protection.
Birth Control- pretty reliable if you use it daily or you could always get the shot, which is great in preventing pregnancy but it does have its reprucussions such as weight gain etc.
Spermicidal Gel- you can get this at a local pharmacy or grocery store, though it is only 50% effective towards pregnancy and it can be messy.
Withdrawel- not the greatest form of protection, but i know people who have done it forever and never gotten pregnant.
Abstinece- the one and only protection that guarentees NO Std's or pregnancys.

Condoms. They help protect against both pregnancy and STD's but remember, nothing is 100% accept abstinence.
