It depends on the person and what they are looking for. If it is the oppesite sex, they tend to look at the outside first. If they are looking for that one special person then the inside couts as well but if they are just looking to mess around, they ONLY care about the outside.
If you are talking about a friend of the same sex, they do judge the outside as well but not like the opposite sex does. They care more about what is on the inside generally if they want to be good friends.

Inside cos from outside I m not that attractive being a 5'3" with a little fat...at 31.

First impressions DO matter. You dress and act a certain way because that is the way YOU want to be perceived.
If we are okay with our first impression of you - we get to like or dislike you for who you are inside.
