does anyone know how to find a cell phone number on the internet or anyone else?

cell phone numbers are pretty tightly regulated .. they are supposed to come out with a phone book sometime but it's unlikely sometime soon. think about it, would you like your cell phone # published for everybody to see, talk about lack of privacy. If I were you, I'd go for a name search first... on google, yahoo searches.. maybe there's a listing of that person somewhere with their cell phone #...
