I'm doing it for the betterment of my family...?

Question

The main argument I hear justifying the breaking of our laws is that the illegals are doing it for a better life and for a better future for their family, right?

Well, I'd like to see all of the illegals out. Why? To create a better future for my family. Sound familiar?

The schools and hospitals are overburdened, you can't read any street signs in your own language, crime is going through the roof.

Why are the Mexican's families more important than the families of Americans?

My neighbor's got a damn nice big screen tv. My family would definitely benefit from having it. Can I break in and steal it? After all, I'm just looking our for the benefit of my family.

Illegal is illegal is illegal. If they're going to look the other way at the laws preventing them from crossing the border, they should look the other way at the laws preventing me from putting a bullet in their asses.

For the record I mow my own lawn, clean my own house, take care of my own children.

The public elementary school's marquee is in Spanish. Always. Regardless of my request that it be in English. Or at least one side of it in English.

The whole 'jobs that Americans won't do' is such a logical fallacy I won't waste time on it.

There is shared responsibility for the problem with employers taking advantage of the illegals' ability to circumvent certain laws, minimum wage, FMLA, FLSA, etc. but it isn't the average American family that benefits from this. The average American family gets to shoulder all the problems caused by illegal immigration while reaping none of it's benefits.

And let's be honest, yeah, so Mexicans are paid 5 dollars an hour for jobs that Americans would demand 10 dollars an hour for. When you consider how much taxes are taking from your paycheck, taxed $10 an hour isn't that much more than untaxed $5 an hour.

And if it makes people feel better, I would recant the part about the bullets. There really isn't a need to kill them, but it would be a quick, cheap solution to the problem.

I'm not too savvy on this subject, but consider this: All western countries, including the US, have the peculiar problem of an ageing population with a low child birth rate. It takes people to keep a country going, and if the country's own "production" doesn't meet the challenge, the goods will need to be shipped in from elsewhere. You may argue that the premises under which current immigrants enter the country are not be too obviously valid, and that their contributions may be questionable. But the value they do bring is of a secondary value, which means their offspring, who will grow up to populate the country. And yes, they won't be anglo-saxon Americans in cultural terms, and will never become that, but the alternative is for the country to take a nose-dive economically, because there aren't enough consumers, tax-payers, people worth running a country for. Does this make some sense to you?

Thank god i'm not a mexican . I have an opinion and that is all . Ok so they are here to better there families . ok i give them that but atleast come here legaly . And you sure have to wonder about the job crisis i mean who else is going to pic our tomatoes and beans for 3 dollars an hour. are you going to do it? No i guess you are not . No matter the color or race if you are not willing to do it there will always be a mexican that will legal or not . and that is the problem no one is willing to work in the minamum wage jobs or the **** jobs . Thats why they are here . And the big companies if they can pay you a dollar an hour they would so they leave our great USA to another country where they can pay a dollar or even 50 cents the hour. It's all about the goverment and the big companies. i say if you want to shott start there and keep going down the line. but for now Hell no i aint sending my Maria back she works for cheap . Such anger......What you are doing for your family is being a racist role model...You are teaching your family to HATE thy neighbor.

Mexico is third world country just like Africa. Yes, they have a wealthy government that suppresses them.

As far as not being able to read street signs, you are very much exaggerating. The street signs are in English. Don't worry about foreign street signs because they are actually for the elderly foreigners that won't be learning the English language anytime soon.

The only explanation I can give you for thier importance is "THEY'" are the ones building the city you live in. "THEY" are the ones with the low paying jobs. "THEY" are the ones that are mowing your lawn for an abusive $5.00 and thats great if you decide to pay them. So, keep in mind all the jobs WE, AMERICAN'S don't care to do because we must demand 15.00 an hour, well guess what they are the ones taking those low paying jobs. Also, WE, THE AMERICAN'S insist on illegal hire because WE don't have to pay benefits to them because they are the illegals.......SAVING MONEY, GREAT PRACTICE! THANKS TO INDIVIDUALS AS YOURSELF YOU ARE THE REASON THEY ARE HERE.

As far as putting a bullet in their asses as you say, you must be a citizen that condones RACIST CRIMES. Here in my state, 3 white teenagers were involved in the most horrible RACIST CRIME ACT ever on a Hispanic teenager. The details of the crime clearly screams RACIST. I hope it wasn't your precious WHITE son/daughter involved.

I just hope because of your teaching method to your wonderful family that one never commits such a crime. I hope they become educated to understand how you taught them wrong and not want to be like you.

I feel the same way .
With the exception of putting a bullet in their asses.
If you really feel that strongly about your future, then you need to do what they are doing.
Let your government officials know what you think, write them all, from the city mayor to you congressional representatives,talk to other people get signatures,The illegals are being the squeaky wheel, that gets all the attention, Most polliticians really think that the illegals have voting power,you have to prove them wrong.

Hell yeah ... my family would be far better off if we withheld taxes too ... I mean, it's OK to break the immigration law, right? So it must be OK to break the tax laws too then, right? I would be soooooo much better off if I didn't pay a lot of taxes to support illegals ... honest ... :)
