Can they? of course. Will they? depends on the person. Is it still called skinny-dipping? No freakin clue.
Anyone can take off their clothes and jump into a body of water. People who are bigger may be less likely to do it but they can without doubt.

Skinny dipping is normally done when nobody can see you, so why can't fat people go skinny dipping? I say they should go for it!

Their swimsuits are stuck in between the personally stored energy rolls.
But that's not nice.
Yes fat people can skinny dip. They can even have sex. Pretty amazing hey?
