I am from english speakin country and come to live here in french country. Here I met this girl who speak french only and I only speak english. But I captured her fancy and is having a sleepless night for her. But each time I approach her, language barrier won't let me express my feeling on her. IS THERE ANY TACTICE I CAN USE TO WIN HER HEART?

I find it difficult to believe you are from an english country when you appear to have difficulty writing it. I also find it hard to believe that english is the only language you speak.
If the girl you like is french - then learn french, but I do think you need to learn to speak english before trying to teach her any.
Your body language and facial expressions will tell her what you are thinking. Try to learn simple things like - can I walk with you, you like, yes, no, thank you, please,

If you're from an English speaking country, then why is your grammar so poor? I think you should first finish learning English before you begin learning French.

Wow...I'm kind of in this situation myself. My friends want me to date a guy who only speaks spanish and I only know a little spanish myself. Show her you are making an effort to understand her. If she sees that you are trying to talk to her in her language, she might see that you are serious about dating her. Maybe she will try to learn english so it'll make it easier for both of you.
