im trying to find the camera that they're advertising that has no blur even if the picture is taken while in montion?? whats it called ? i cant find it

Most of the more expensive models by all brands have it now.
Image stabilization is a pretty good alternative for a tripod - it will significantly reduce the effect of camera shake. You still have to hold the camera reasonably still, of course.
As with a tripod, image stabilization will NOT help you take crisp pictures of moving subjects, like kids and pets! (I don't know what the commercials claimed...)

It's image stabilization, Canon makes them. It doesn't avoid blur at 100%, it just limits the blur a little more and enables shooting pictures under more difficult situations (= with less light).

the motion thingy?
image stabilization - i have a canon s2-is camera with that
and they just came out with an s3-is

even sony has that....digi logic image stabilization in h series
