well i persistently asked this chick out at work, and finally got an answer, but like two weeks before she said we are just friends. now we are smiling at eachother and flirting. i asked her to dinner and a movie and she was like SURE. and i was like cool but like i dont know if its like a date or are we just skipping down the poop deck of the ss friendship?

that's a tough one. I think you should go out with her as scheduled, see how it's going and if it's going well, you can say something like "so, are we still just friends or is this a date?" and if she says "just friends" you can always say that's what you though - you just wanted to be clear.

Its a date, take her flowers when you pick her up, just be you and dont push the fact that its a date because she might back down to friendship if you do.

Try going out the first time and see what happens....she may want to check out what type of person you are before she decides if you're dating material....

well to be on the safe side i say that you be a gentle man and open the doors for her. pay for her. and be sweet and nice. and if shes returnin to you with signals of flirtation. she den does want a more then friend relationship. that or maybe a fling .
