Hi, I went to the DMV to get as spaceship lisence plate and was willing to pay for it. I went up to the lady at the counter ( I know she was envious of me) and asked to buy the plate. She said they were out of them but there were 5 of them on the wall and I demanded her to give me one and she screamed at me and I punched the hoe in the face. She leaped over the counter and tackled me to the ground and punched me in the face, then she leaped back and got one of the nice spaceship plates I wanted and swatted me across the face with it breaking 2 teeth .
Everyone in line was just staring and laughing and not helping me. So I tried to run and one of the workers there dragged me back in and dropped a computer on my leg broke it and she jumped on my arm and broke it. I was on the ground in agony and when I looked up a kid was pissing all over my face and it burned me so bad because of the cuts I had. when he was done he hocked a little and spit on me. I cant talk anymore about this :(

I'm afraid you can't sue a state agency. And even if you could, you would lose as you provoked the fight, by punching "the hoe in the face." I guess the only solution is to send your husband Argus to beat those people up and sodomize them. (something I'm sure Argus would be obliged to do.)

from ya statement, I see ya wen into da DMV an was refused service because ya was handi-capped.
I wan ya to write in this here statement that she said " DMV don serve folks with a unibrow" ....an then she attacked ya.
an......ya wuz also attacked by the other workers...an ya now has horrible nightmares and wake up screaming.
can ya do that?

I believe that's probably normal behavior toward people wanting spaceship license plates. They may be uptight because they know your little ol' spaceship will out run all cop cars made. Plus, they're just jealous as all get out that you've got one. (But since you presumably don't use it as a road vehicle, you don't need it anyway---heck, you don't even have to get the annual inspection sticker!)

No, just go home and make your vehicle even fancier. Drive back to the DMV once you've done that, turn up the radio, and make your fancy ride noticed! That lady will be so jealous, and you will have gotten revenge in that sneaky manner.

Whoa! Just get hte Venusians to secure a plate for you and you'll be all set. Dealing with the DMV is always a problem. Please remember that violence is never an appropriate response to any situation, no matter how procative it might seem to be .

dude you cant win because you havent enough money to fight for one,and you deserved the firsdt part of that!!!!maybe you didnt deserve a broken arm and leg,but you may have and left out what you actually did to provoke them.and the dmv may have on tape what happend,maybe contact sec of state headquarters and report them,they'll investigate and you may end up being the one who get sued cuz you started it.they were acting in self defense!!!!!you better control your temper before you doo become state property!!!!

I find this story hard to believe and full of S*** if you excuse my french. Prove this happened and I'll not only believ every word, I'll pay for the Lawyer for your case.

I don't really believe this. They would have called the police and charges would have been made.
It is not nice to fool mother nature.
