I went out on a date with this one girl last Tuesday, and she was dull and borning. I was dumb enough to schedule a second date, scheduled for dinner Thursday night. I REALLY don't want to see her again, but she wont stop bugging me and bugging me on the internet, so how do I cancel the date without seeming like an ***?

This is Wednesday...suck it up and go on the date. Then don't ask her out again.
You can try what my friend did and actually tell her honestly, at the END of the 2nd date, that you don't see a future for the two of you and you won't be asking her out again....(*lol*) the woman nearly had an emotional collapse...but he dates really HIGH maintenance women.
Or you can just not call her (after the 2nd date), and if she does keep bugging you on the internet...then tell her that you're didn't feel any connection, and don't see the point in a third date.
But also..don't kiss her...don't try to get her into bed....don't flirt.

just call her and tell her that ur not intrested but u wouldnt mind if u were friends...if u want to be friends...dont be mean and scream at her because then ur sounding like an ***! Just tell her that shes not ur type and that shes nice and all but ur just looking for a lil more! Just be gently she might be fragile

just show up and say....
just call her and tell her you cant make it and say you cant rescedule ever.
