No... God was never against marrying outside of a race but is against marrying outside of the faith. Solomon and Moses both married Ethiopians.

In my humble opinion, it takes two very strong and courageous people to be in an interracial relationship, due to the pressures and some of the notions that have not quite all died out yet. Having said that, no, I don't think it is against God's greater plan for humanity to enter in to and maintain a relationship with a person of another race.
The bible directs we should not be unequally yoked. Meaning we should not enter in to relationships with people who are not believers, or who are members of a different religion. You have to be on the same page with your moral and religious beliefs, or there will hard times down the road for both of you.

no, but I think the same people who think gays shouldn't marry are of the same class as those who would stop an interracial relationship. Some Christians will always be bigots

Not anymore than it would be against God's wishes for a short, blue-eyed, blonde hair person to marry and tall, brown-eyed, brunette.
To varying degrees, we all look different from one another. It's humans who have tried to draw an imaginary line of how different is too different.... not God.

No... actually I don't. There's a place I read about this while I was searching for the same answer and it made a lot of sense to me. It's called www.seriousfaith.com, if you want to visit this place, look for FAQ's and you will find this issue here. This guy that answeres the questions will actually give you an honest answer. See if this does justice to your quest.

No. It may be against some narrow-minded people's wishes. God loves us unconditionally, without regard to race. We should try to live up to the example he has given us.

NO! what is with people and race? race is a non-issue as far as i'm concerned. people need to stop looking at skin color for an excuse to be stupid.
furthermore, we are all equal in God's eyes. we are all "his children" or however you want to phrase it. the fact is that everyone is equal and marriage between races is perfectly normal.
besides, sticking to the same race is boring. :)

No, the Bible says that God sees the insides of men, not the outsides. It also says that there is neither Greek nor Jew. Racisim is based off of hatred, and the Christian God is love.

The bible doesn't say this. It does say to not be "unequally yoked". That means, a believer should not marry an unbeliever. Doesn't have to do with race.
