it is an intelligent building. but not an intellectual as far as i know. it is a simple building with computerised technologies of safe guard and automated lights fans ac's heater....etc.. you might have heard about the house of Mr. Bill Gates. his is an excellent and the most advanced intelligent building

It is a building that is engineered according to the fibionacchi number sequence. aka The golden mean, which is supposed to be pleasing to the eye.
But i figure it is something more sinister than that. An interllectual building may have some bearing on it's location and vibes. Some buildings give you bad vibes dont they?
If it is built like on an ancient buriel site it could do this. It really could.
But if it is built on a site where there are positive vibes, you know like an old night club or pub, then you will feel good vibes inside.
It is all a matter of unlocking the secret ancient knowledge that is hidden from the masses. A lot of the secret societies know about this stuff but wont let on.
I guess you need to be an initiate in the organisation to know what an interllectual building is.
