The word morman is not recognized in any dictionary I possess.

But a Mormon (notice the capitalization and the spelling, please) woman is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that is trying her best to live as righteously as possible under her given circumstances.

You might begin your basic understanding of what Mormon men and women believe by reading the Book of Mormon.

Mormon is a proper noun, taken from one of the great prophets bearing the same name living on the American hemisphere from 410 A.D. to about 386 A.D. It was he that abridged much of the chapters as we know them in the Book of Mormon and the prophet admonishing his son, Moroni, to take all the records of their people, the gold and brass plates, and hide them up into the Hill Cumorah.

I really don't know any Mormon in my real life. Never asked questions about others beliefs. I know a Mormon guy who win 2.5 million on Jeopardy. He was very simple truthful person.
