No it can't be reversed but more importantly consider this - the surgery is extremely painful and you have to undergo psychological evaluation before you can proceed in case there is any chance you would want to change your mind later.

No! Cosmetically changes can be made, plastic surgery. That is it. There are hormone treatments, but certain changes are more or less permanent. If you are shot by a bullet, does it leave a scar? Some changes in the way the brain works also occur with the hormone changes. These things are not understood. They are also not reversable though in some cases they can be altered.

Nope. That's why they require EXTENSIVE psychological and psychiatric counseling before allowing someone to undergo such a drastic surgery. How on earth could it be reversed, anyway?
