If you are in an important meeting and you feel like going to the rest room quick what would you do?

There are a few possibilities:
1) you could wear a diaper if this happens often
2) if you feel like you want to, but you don't have to, then hold it
3) if you are nervous and want to go to the restroom to escape the meeting, then you have other issues to deal with
4) think of dry deserts - ANYTHING but water!!!
5) you could implement a system where there is a small buzzer that you could press to be able to leave the meeting in a hurry
6) you carry a small container with you that you can use under the table

Unless it were absolutely vital, I would endure the pain and wait because you might miss something you need to know or you might have a negative response from your supervisor. If if absolutely couldn't wait, I would discreetly dismiss myself and hope and pray the supervisor is too busy to notice because it would be inappropriate to leave.
