Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying. Loose as much as you want to !
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !
P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

I was probably around there at 13, but I was also 5'8" and muscular, so the first thing I would ask you is how tall you are, and are you height-weight proportionate? If the answer is yes, stop worrying about it - weight doesn't matter, health does. If the answer is no, I've some advice:
1. Stop worrying about it - worrying is a waste of time, you could be excersizing instead. Worrying also creates a hormone that can cause you to put on fat around your middle (or so I've heard).
2. Stop eating white bread, tons of refined sugars, and all that other crap. Basically, most things that come in a package and are processed aren't that good for you. The good thing about fruits/veggies is that they'll fill you up without a lot of calories because most of the weight is water. Most of the weight of chips, on the other hand, is oil. You do the math.
3. Don't buy into 'fad' diets - if you quit eating carbs you'd likely screw yourself over, because our bodies need carbs (especially for someone who hasn't stopped growing). Other fad diets are equally lame. What the food industry doesn't want you to know is that if you simply eat slightly less you'll lose weight. Most people who research this agree that you shouldn't drop below about 1,400 calories per day if you burn about 2,000. It's definitely possible to eat enough so you don't feel hungry but still lose fat. Oh yeah - only eat when you're actually hungry, not when you're bored. Pick up a hobby - I've found that I lose a few of those pounds I put on over winter when I'm painting for 8 hours/day - painting distracts me from boredom :)
4. Excersize. Okay, here's the whole 'talk to your doctor blah blah blah before starting a regimen.' Okay. Done with that. It's perfectly reasonable to think that you could start walking a few miles/day about 4 times a week without any adverse effects. If you can't, you should know that already. If you start to feel lightheaded, etc, drink water, take in electrolytes just before excersizing (gatorade and the like, but you can get ones without much sugar - therefore without many extra calories). Just listen to your body, it'll tell you what you need to know. I'll even go ahead and talk up weight training here - it's incredibly helpful to be stronger than the 'average woman' - you'll be able to be more useful to yourself, especially later on. You could cut costs of a moving company by pitching in yourself; you can have an easier time travelling because you can carry more and save money and a headache from shipping things overseas; you can even prevent stuff like osteoporosis from screwing with you when you're older.
Does that help? I hope so. Oh yeah, and don't buy into all the advertising that 'thinner is better' and all that crap. About 90% of the men I know would rather a girl have a little fat (and have some curves) instead of completely stick-thin and useless.

Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep a night. This should help you too. Start jogging and just stay active as much as you can. The plus is, since you're young it shouldn't be as hard for you to lose some weight. But, don't slack. It can pile up. Get plenty of rest, no more than 8 hours of sleep, drink water as often as you can and do some running. Also (and I know this is hard) avoid candy and anything else high in sugar.

next time you go to the doctor ask him what a healty or average weight for you would be and to give you some specific direction on how to eat. I am 22 yrs old 5'5 and I weigh about 135 I'd like to weigh 125 or 130, but when I weigh 120 or less I look sick and everyone will tell me that! My body frame is just not made for me to be petite. As far as losing weight you'll need to change your eating, sleeping, and excercising habits. Try to have a regular routine for everyday activities. Your body will learn to expect you to excercise at 8 oclock and eat and sleep at certain times. This will help you not to overexert yourself and to build tolerence to your new lifestyle and goals. You will also be less likely to get hungry at random times. You'll hav to teach yourself dicipline and not plan on stopping!

talk to your doctor and ask him to help you. dont go on any fad diets. your doctor can help you figure out what you are doing wrong and whether it is based on emotional eating.
also, a lot of adolescent girls put on a few extra pounds at your age. then they shoot up and the weight comes off.
are you exercising? if not start off by doing a bit of walking and then add to it. go slowly at first or you will hurt something. talk to a gym teacher at school when it starts up and maybe she can help you with a routine. if you can afford a gym find one that has programs for adolescents.

I'm 16 and I'm 106 or something like that, like 4 months ago I was 120 or more, what I did was something that's not healthy but it worked, I just stop eating like crazy, I stop eating in the afternoon, just eating breakfast and lunch. I have to say that it wasn't easy but you'll get used to it, just think that you "DON'T NEED THAT MUCH FOOD". Good Luck

Depends on your bone structure, your genes, your height, physical activity levels, etc...
Start by drinking more water, just plain water (OK you may add a twist of real lemon for flavor). It curbs your appetite and helps increase your metabolism, etc...
Email me for more info. and I can be your on line buddy to help you with your goal.
